Role Summary
The purpose of the Quality Control Inspector is to ensure that all products and materials meet established quality standards and specifications.
By conducting thorough inspections, measurements, and testing, the inspector helps maintain product integrity, identify and address defects, and support continuous improvement in production processes.

Duties And Responsibilities
Monitoring operations to ensure that they meet production standardsRecommending adjustments to the assembly or production processInspecting, testing, or measuring materials or products being producedMeasuring products with rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometersOperating electronic inspection equipment and softwareAccepting or rejecting finished itemsRemoving all products and materials that fail to meet specificationsReporting inspection and testing data such as weights, temperatures, grades, moisture content, and quantities inspected
Quality Control Inspectors Should Have
An eye for detail, to catch defects.Experience with quality management systems (QMS).Math skills – data reporting, measuring, calibrating, and calculating specifications are just some of the many skills you should possess.Critical thinking skills, to help work through customer problems and production issues, as well as develop strategies for improving product quality.Physical strength and stamina, as the job requires time on the feet.Read technical documents, and manuals.To achieve the best and ensure top-quality products.
