Reference: 10126 SJ Consultant: Sone JohnsonJob Description:Key Responsibilities:Ensure timely lease renewals and conclusion of lease documentation.Ensure effective tenant liaison and occupant satisfaction across the portfolio.Conduct regular (quarterly) tenant and monthly building visitations.Provide tenants with a comprehensive information pack, detailing necessary contact details for security, maintenance, and after-hours contacts.Utilize the MDA property management system for portfolio and tenant relationship management.Collect monthly and annual turnover certificates from retail tenants.Maintain a good understanding of market conditions and trends in commercial property.Ensure the facilities management team implements annual building lifecycle forecasting and preventative maintenance plans, ensuring compliance with OHS Act requirements for all buildings.Conduct tenant entry and exit inspections, ensuring all remedial works are completed and, if applicable, recovered from the tenant.Perform regular (minimum monthly) physical building inspections to ensure the smooth functioning and organization of buildings and grounds within the allocated portfolio.Identify areas requiring maintenance, repairs, and general housekeeping, ensuring that works are logged on the ticketing system for maintenance as required.Ensure that identified and logged defects are resolved promptly.Handle legal issues or disputes related to property management.Prepare monthly reports on all properties within the portfolio.Qualifications:Degree in Property Studies (advantageous).Familiarity with Commercial, Retail, and Industrial properties (experience in Student accommodation is beneficial).Minimum of 5 years working experience in the same field.Proficiency in MDA and Microsoft Office Suite.How to Apply:Email your comprehensive CV to ****** you are already registered, please forward your CV and the relevant reference number to the consultant with whom you are currently registered to avoid duplicity on our system.We reserve the right to only conduct interviews with candidates of choice.Applicants who have not received feedback within 30 days from the closing date must please accept their application as unsuccessful.
