Requirements:A completed Degree in Operations, Sales and Marketing6 Years relevant experience in the property industryPrevious experience working as a Property Consultant / Portfolio Leasing Coordinator or similarExperience managing both commercial and retail propertiesExperience working with MDA property management systemStrong reporting skills – required to present weekly and monthly reports, including reports on Letting Activity, Tenant retention, budgets, and Vacancy AnalysisGood Communication Skills - both verbal and writtenAbility to speak Xhosa would be an advantageGood Literacy and Numeracy SkillsStrong leadership characteristicsResponsibilities include:Building relationships and networking with key property professionals (including but not limited to: Property brokers, Property valuers, Landlords and Tenants)Facilitating and negotiating the conclusion of new lease agreementsFormulating marketing strategies to maximise portfolio occupancyManaging the portfolio vacancy in accordance with budget, developing a business plan covering leasing and marketingProject ManagementSound knowledge of HR processes, systems, practises and legislationUnderstand culture of business and manage relationships accordinglyAbility to work under pressure and tight deadlines
