Property Administrator

A property company based in Phoenix is currently looking for a Property Administrator to join their team.Duties include:Liaising with tenants and ownersQualifying and vetting tenants Procurement and placing qualified tenants Access all rental data Input miscellaneous rental data such as maintenance chargers, utility charges or any other relevant charges Generate rental statements for all tenants Record all payments received Ensure all payments are accurately allocated to tenant accounts Review all rental payments received Identify accounts that are in arrears by defined dates Generate arrears lettersTrack arrears accounts Make arrangements with relevant tenants when appropriate Follow through all legal processes Finalise accounts for all exiting tenants Implement all required maintenance and final utility charges Generate deposit refund Key Performance areas and Functions: Reconciliation of accounts payable and receivableReview of internal filing system to ensure they are properly maintained Timeous payment preparations of accounts payable (bi- weekly and monthly)Meet and produce monthly financial reports on deadline Follow up with debtors on outstanding balances Requirements: Matric Bcom Degree in Accounting/Finance
