GENERAL BUILDING ADMINISTRATION: Receiving and responding to all email queries relating to the portfolio received in the communal inbox Communication with owners and tenants of a building Ensure that all parties are kept informed of matters pertaining to the building administration Reporting of completed tasks via methods to the necessary person as agreed to by the Department Head. Communication with Building Managers ( where applicable) on general maintenance taking place or special projects Preparation of any correspondence required in the building administration i.e. letters/ notices/AGM packs Administrative record kept of projects, operational matters for the building Ensuring that each building has a file of all historic correspondence Ensuring that a minute book of each building is maintained and on hand Ordering of stationery/ consumables supplies needed per building REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications Senior Certificate Experience and Knowledge: At least 2-3 years experience in an administrative role Experience in and knowledge of sectional title and property management (advantageous) Solid knowledge of administrative systems Familiar with Gmail functionality
