Ivanplats is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Projects Manager: SLP & Compliance to join our dynamic team.Purpose of the job Project manage programs required for compliance reasons to various regulatory bodies. Chair and Manage Social and Labour Plan Activities.
Job description

Social Compliance:Graves’s relocation process management.
Heritage Mitigation process management
Heritage destruction process management
Livelihood’s restoration program management
Long term surface lease agreement process administration services
Zoning application (SPLUMA) implementation management
Project infrastructure:Housing support process for staff
TSF – Rietfontein prospecting application team
TSF and other fencing projects implementation (servitudes protection)
South West Drain servitude extension (social component and MOU management).
Reporting:Annual BBBEE reporting and verification.
Annual Mining Charter reporting.
Internal reporting on weekly, monthly and ad hoc progress for Group purposes.
Reporting at Ivanplats EXCO meetings on a monthly basis.
Strategic responsibilities:Platreef Project Procurement Committee – Chairperson
Minerals Council – Member of the Housing and Living Conditions Committee
Minerals Council – Charter Reference Group
LEFA Trust - Chairperson
Financial:Budget holder for division.
ManagementTo oversee the compliance and administrative programs that support the various components of the Company
Plan, lead and OrganizeProvide leadership, oversight, management and support for business administration activities
Manage and monitorDevelop appropriate systems to monitor and evaluate various activities of Management.
Budget ControlForecasting a financial plan for the corporation and levels its resources to best congregate those requirements through growing communal responsiveness of the business.
ReportingReports to higher tiers of administration on the condition of the company. This may consist of providing periodical and annual intelligence to EXCO
Minimum requirements

Grade 12 and / or equivalent; Relevant for type of Job
A degree or Diploma
Project Management
Advanced Computer skills, Presentation skills
Has to have sufficient experience in Sustainable Development function
Project Management
