Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:Project Planning and Execution:Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, resources, and budget requirements.Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end execution of core network expansion projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.Technical Expertise:Possess a deep understanding of ISP and telecommunications technologies, including routers, switches, firewalls, cloud infrastructure, data centres and other networking equipment.Collaborate with network architects and engineers to design scalable and reliable core network solutions.Stakeholder Management:Effectively communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, including senior management, engineering teams, and external vendors.Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to facilitate smooth project implementation.Risk Management:Identify potential risks and challenges associated with network expansion projects and develop mitigation strategies.Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines or quality.Quality Assurance:Ensure the delivery of high-quality network solutions that meet industry standards and customer expectations.Conduct thorough testing and validation processes to guarantee the reliability and performance of the expanded core network.Requirements:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.The ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.Experience in risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to the telecommunications industry.Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams.Personal Attributes:Proactive and results-driven.Collaborative team player.Adaptable and able to handle ambiguity.Strong leadership skills.Detail-oriented and focused on accuracy.Excellent decision-making and critical-thinking abilities.
