).Participate and support corporate social responsibility initiatives for the achievement of key business strategies.Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance processes, systems, and policies; support implementation of new processes, policies, and systems.Ensure accurate cost estimation based on coverage of customer requirements and project scope.Manage project budget within mandate.Deliver projects on target within due date, budget, and according to scope and project governance.Ensure traceability of defined benefits throughout the project lifecycle and escalate deviations.Identify project stakeholders; communicate roles; define participation levels; manage stakeholder engagement strategies.Manage each stakeholder group actively through the change cycle.Manage business change, impact across processes, systems, and technology.Understand roles, behaviors, and operations; define strategies in the project schedule.Coach customers and management on process and system changes; lead change management processes.Capture client needs accurately; obtain stakeholder sign-off.Ensure satisfactory post-implementation review and final sign-off.Stay informed on legislation and industry changes affecting the role.Understand and demonstrate Nedbank's vision and values.Improve personal capability through training and career development.Ensure successful implementation of Agile in software projects, providing expert guidance.Engage and facilitate with diverse stakeholders, building professional relationships.Use quality metrics and project status reports to communicate effectively.Perform retrospectives and adapt as necessary post-implementation.
