Project Manager

As Project Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
Your duties include defining project scope and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders, and assessing technical feasibility.
You will also define the project team, assign roles, responsibilities, and deliverables.Key Responsibilities:Map out project scope and dependencies across all teamsEnsure resource availability and allocation for the projectDevelop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progressCoordinate and manage internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution, ensuring deliverables are available on timeManage plan implementation with a focus on quality of deliveryManage changes to scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniquesMeasure project performance using suitable tools and techniquesRegularly report on project progress and escalate issues as necessaryMaintain relationships with clients and stakeholdersPerform risk management to minimize project risksEstablish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendorsCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationClose projects with proper closure processesContribute to continuous improvement within the PMORequirements:+5 years of experience managing complex multidisciplinary projects in IT, Telecom, Start-up, or Media sectorsPrevious consulting experience is preferableUniversity degreeProven track record in leading cross-functional projects, preferably internationallyExperience with traditional IT/Technology/Telecom projects and virtual teams; agile experience is a plusStrong analytical skills to prioritize activities with the biggest business impactUnderstanding of both business and technology stakeholder requirementsKnowledge of collaboration between Software Development, Testing, Business Analysis, and Project Management in agile environmentsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prioritize and work effectively in teamsExperience gathering and formulating technical and business requirementsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsProficiency in JIRA and MS Office
