Programme Manager: Overview The programme manager will be responsible for the delivery of programme delivery within the Corporate education department.
The person oversees the delivery of programme implementation for corporate clients and their participants.
S/he must oversee project administrators in their administrative duties and ensure that programmes are delivered within the organisational standards and within the framework of quality assurance and measures.
The oversight involves maintaining client relations and troubleshooting participant experiences.
The programme manager must implement project plans as developed my senior project managers, oversee the logistics of the administrative process, manage the facilitation, assessment and moderation of programmes, oversee learner interactions and manage at risk students.
The programme manager is a key stakeholder in the link between the corporate education team and the academic team.
