Employment Project Manager The Role: One of our professional services clients are looking for an experienced project manager to join their team to help design and deliver significant change across their recruitment and employment functions. The project is provisionally on a 6 month contract with the possibility to be extended based on performance. This client offers a fast paced and dynamic working environment where you will be surrounded with motivated passionate individuals.
The purpose of this role is to support the Senior Management and Partners to design, deliver and review a change project spanning the recruitment and employment functions. You will be required to provide effect project management to ensure all Finance, Operational, Technology, HR and compliance standards have been met whilst maintaining high standards of communication with all stakeholders.
- Supporting the Partners and Leadership team to implement change policy.
- Designing strategy and timeframes for all departments and liaising with stakeholders to ensure targets are met.
- Review program to ensure successful implementation and embedding within the company.
- Review budget and ensure project is run with financial efficiency.
For this role you will have to have experience with organisational change and demonstrate success in project management roles in the past. You must have excellent stake holder management communication skills with experience working under significant pressure towards tight deadlines.
