Description:

LTVplus is looking for a Project Coordinator who is well versed in using ShopifyResponsibilities:- Onboarding of new clients- Deals negotiations and closing- Serve as support in addressing client concerns, answering tickets, following up with concerned and responsible parties to address issues.- Research of task improvement including cost analysis, implementation procedure and budget development- Liaise with Project Manager in identifying deliverable timelines- Create invoices of clients- Create redmine tickets detailing tasks of the developers and assign it to available developers.Requirements- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in EnglishExperience with Shopify and eCommerce brands- Learns quickly and independently; seeks opportunities to extend and deepen learning- Ability to work independently and quickly adapt to changes in priorities- Has good understanding of Word, HTML5, CSS3, PHP, MySQL, and Sketch- Has strong interpersonal and proactive problem-solving skills- Ability to understand the big picture- Has good internet connection and working device for work
