Key Responsibilities?? Project Management & DeliveryManage end-to-end delivery of multiple client projectsEnsure all projects meet agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standardsIdentify and mitigate delivery risks (budget, scope creep, deadlines)Monitor the project roadmap and ensure efficient workflow and reporting?? Team LeadershipLead, mentor, and develop a team of project professionalsAllocate tasks, set clear objectives, and ensure high performanceFoster a collaborative, value-driven culture aligned with company values?? Project Governance & MethodologyDevelop and maintain project systems, tools, templates, and best practicesDrive continuous improvement and integrate AI to enhance PM efficiencyEnsure compliance with internal policies and external regulations?? Client Engagement & Stakeholder ManagementAct as primary liaison for key clients, ensuring clear and proactive communicationLead regular status meetings, reporting, and performance reviewsDrive client satisfaction and identify opportunities for organic growth?? Resource & Financial ManagementPlan and oversee project resources across the portfolioSupport vendor engagement and contracting when neededWork with finance to ensure accurate budget tracking and profitabilityProvide weekly status reports and ensure complete project documentationRequirements? QualificationsDegree/Diploma in Project Management or equivalent (essential)PMI, PMP, or similar certification (preferred)? Experience10+ years in project/program management (market research industry preferred)35 years managing complex, multi-project portfolios2+ years leading a team of Project Coordinators or Managers?
