Programme Manager

Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Communication, Marketing, or a related fieldA minimum of 3-5 years of experience in health communication, public health, or demandgenerationProven experience in managing digital platforms, particularly social media channels such as Facebook, for health-related communicationStrong background in developing and executing demand-generation campaigns for health programsExcellent writing, content creation, and editing skillsExperience in coordinating multi-stakeholder initiatives and cross-functional teamsKnowledge of public health strategies, behavior change communication, and health promotion (Advantage)Responsibilities: Support the delivery of the Social Media PlatformEnsure continuity of services through effective planning and coordination with relevant internal and external stakeholdersSupport the scoping, design, and planning of demand-generation strategiesCollaborate with task teams to develop engaging, accurate, and culturally relevant health communication content for multiple platformsEnsure that health communication content is regularly reviewed, updated, and aligned with evolving public health needs within the Content RepositoryReview and finalize training manuals to ensure clarity, accuracy, and usability for a range of healthcare providers and communication teams
