Role : Newly Registered PrQS (Professional Quantity Surveyor) Industry : Construction / Engineering Level : Entry to Mid-Level You will need: · National Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying · Minimum 7 years' experience in Civil Engineering construction, including at least 1 year in a senior role · Proficiency with CCS software (essential) · Extensive knowledge of contract law and insurances · Strong background in quantity surveying principles and methodologies · Financial reporting and cash management capabilities · Thorough understanding of construction methods, outputs, programming and scheduling · Knowledge of SHEQ legislation and application · Understanding of IR and relevant labour legislation · Proven ability to manage a team of Quantity Surveyors Personal Attributes: · Exceptional attention to detail · Deadline-driven with excellent time management · Ability to work autonomously · Strong conflict resolution skills · Excellent negotiation abilities · Leadership qualities · Problem-solving mindset · Analytical thinking If you would like to apply for this position, please send your CV through to ****** Alternatively, contact us at XXX-XXXX for more information or visit our website on:
