A great mining company in Mpumalanga is seeking the expertise of a Production Supervisor to join their team.Responsibilities:Creating an understanding of daily and weekly production targets amongst team members to make sure targets are achieved and executed safelyReviewing shift performance on an ongoing basis and discussing progress against agreed deliverables, deadlines and provides support required by team membersIdentifying continuous improvement opportunities to use people, equipment, process and reports in the daily meetings for consideration in the planning effortCreating an understanding of company policy and procedures, including legislative requirements among team members and ensures complianceRequirements:Grade 12Degree / Diploma in Mining EngineeringBlasting Certificate for Opencast Mines7 – 9 years' experience in an opencast mining environmentMinimum 5 years at Supervisor / Foreman LevelBenefits:Salary: RK/yr – R1M/yr, salary negotiablePaid Time Off (PTO)Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity)Training & DevelopmentPlease note that correspondence will only be conducted with shortlisted candidates for this position.
