Requirements: - Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Knowledge of production processes and equipment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Production Foreman or a related field is a plus
