Production Supervisor

Responsibilities:
Previous leather manufacturing experience is essential.
Prepare production plan based on customers delivery dates and standard criteria
Prepare a weekly production schedule
Update and maintain production spreadsheets
Supervise and manage production throughout the factory
Staff management (including casuals) and ensure all production staff are well trained and understand the process they are tasked to do
Planning production so as to not end up with too much or too little stock holding
Facilitate the resolution of production problems
Meeting customer requirements regarding deliveries, quantity, and quality
