Production Coordinator

Join Lactalis at our Bonnievale Plant in the Pre-Pack department with the main responsibilities will include analyze production results on a continuous basis with the aim to meet or better the goals on quality, volume, productivity, OEE and seconds per kilograms. Ensure that set departmental goals and focus points are known to your team through daily and monthly meetings.  Successful candidates need to have at least 5 years' relevant experience in a supervisory position in a manufacturing environment.  Must be able to demonstrate sound knowledge of small packaging equipment.  Must compile & manage production results and full adherence to all Safety & Health policies, procedures and legislation.  Be fluent in English and be computer literate with sound knowledge in excel.
