What Youll Be Responsible For: Manage end-to-end production and operational costing Analyse manufacturing processes to identify cost-saving opportunities Maintain accurate BOMs, routings, and WIP data Prepare and manage plant OPEX and CAPEX budgets Produce monthly management reports and profitability analysis Perform product costing, internal pricing, and margin tracking Investigate and resolve cost variances Partner closely with production and operations on strategic decisions Support forecasting, planning, and investment proposals ?What Youll Bring: BCom in Management Accounting or equivalent CIMA (Management Level) highly advantageous 35 years in cost and operational accounting within manufacturing (steel preferred) Proficient in ERP systems (Sage X3 ideal) and Excel Strong understanding of IFRS, VAT, and financial controls in a factory setting Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills A team player who thrives on collaboration with production and operational staff ??
