Responsibilities:Keep dealer network up to date with new developments and bulletinsCompile dealer's visit reports and audits (site, workshop inspections, and warranty audits)Provide technical support and training (on systems as well as products)Maintain warranty costs within the specified budgetEnsure dealers have trained staff and keep the dealer portal up to dateMaintain and control warranty stores and inventory, including all reworks components such as engines and gearboxesImplement and improve strategies for better efficiencyProvide feedback from the field to the assembly line and/or where relevantRequirementsTrade-tested Diesel mechanic with diagnostic abilityValid passport and willingness to travel both locally and internationallyOEM dealer experienceComputer literate, compile and send technical reports when required with a professional acumenKnowledge of warranty principles (Preferable)Knowledge of Euro 5 emissions standard in after-treatment systems Due to the high volume of applications received, only suitable candidates who meet the criteria of this vacancy will be contacted.
