Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Vision & Strategy: Define and maintain a compelling product vision aligned with market trends, user needs, and strategic objectives.Market Insight: Conduct trend analysis and gather customer insights to guide product innovation and roadmap planning.Team Leadership: Lead and inspire cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to execute on product goals.Agile Delivery: Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring efficient and effective delivery in an Agile environment.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to validate product direction and gather feedback.Customer-First Thinking: Champion the user experienceidentifying pain points and creating products that delight customers.Innovation Mindset: Promote experimentation and creative problem-solving within the product team.Results Focused: Establish KPIs and use data to guide decision-making and drive continuous improvement.Skills & Experience RequiredMinimum of 3 years' experience in a Product Owner or similar role.Strong entrepreneurial mindset and strategic thinking capabilities.Proven ability to innovate and differentiate in competitive markets.In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.
).Excellent communication and leadership skills across technical and non-technical teams.Deep customer empathy and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.Solid technical acumen with experience working alongside development teams.Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to product management.Preferred QualificationsBackground in startups or high-growth environments.Certified Product Owner (Scrum.org or equivalent).MBA or similar advanced business qualification.Experience with UX/UI design principles; Figma experience is a plus.Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and software development tools.Understanding of system architecture and CI/CD environments.Apply now!
