!This role is fully remote and for a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to join us.
We are looking for someone who not only has experience in product owner/manager roles but also in modern design.
The ideal person should be technical/engineer who transitioned into product owner/manager and design or a designer who has transitioned into product owner/manager and understands tech.
They think like an entrepreneur and care about digital products.
They will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies that drive growth and profitability plus creating and maintaining our product designs in Figma and our digital style guide.The successful candidate will have a passion for creating best in class digital products, a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs, and will use this knowledge to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure the successful development, launch, and ongoing management of products.Key responsibilitiesCreate, maintain and manage the delivery of our product roadmap for both our ATS, HRIS and Member Network based on competitor analysis, customer needs and business valueCreate and maintain product feature designs in figma aligned to our digital style guideCollaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure the successful development, launch, and ongoing management of productsDefine and communicate product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and business goalsMonitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive product decisionsManage the product backlog and prioritize features based on business value and customer needsDevelop pricing strategies and models that maximize profitability while providing value to customersStay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains innovative and competitive in the marketCollaborate and communicate with the engineering team to ensure delivery of our product roadmapIdeal experienceEntrepreneurial mindset ideally you've worked in a startup before and you think of your job with an ownership mindsetBachelor's degree in computer science, business, marketing, or a related field3+ years of experience in product management or related roleStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong digital design (in figma) and prototyping skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsProven ability to develop and execute successful product strategiesExperience with agile development methodologies and toolsUnderstanding of product design and development processesKnowledge of market research and analysis techniquesAbility to balance customer needs with business goals and constraintsExperience in technology recruiting, HR or payments industry would be ideal
