Product Owner

Purpose of the role:We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to provide guidance in managing and prioritising the team backlog; supporting the team in delivering value to our clients, as well as engaging effectively with our clients' requirementsRequirements:Diploma or Degree in an IT related qualificationAgile training and certificationAt least 5 years in a product owner or similar roleAn IT technical background is advantageousLife insurance backgroundAbility to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholderOutstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skillsSharp analytical and problem-solving skillsKey Responsibilities:Refining of backlog, with input from the teamTranslate customer's needs to the teamMentor and transfer knowledge regarding standards / best practices especially while doing reviewsDrive efficiency in customers' business processesDocumenting the content of proposals (with input from the team and other experts in the business):1. Solution 2. Define the business value 3. Estimated effortCreation and enhancement of the company's training contentIdentify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with customers, together with the Account ManagersMaintain client solution knowledge base
