Key Responsibilities Oversee the creation and development of new insurance products tailored for insurance partnerships, including market research, product design, and pricing strategies. Establish joint ventures with partners to create new distribution channels. Understand and structure cell captive arrangements. Ensure all products comply with relevant regulations by collaborating with legal and compliance teams. Work with risk management teams to evaluate and mitigate product risks. Engage with stakeholders such as cell owners, brokers, and reinsurers to meet their needs. Monitor product performance, analyze data, and make adjustments to improve profitability and customer satisfaction. Contribute to the strategic planning of the cell captives' team by identifying market opportunities. Lead and mentor a team of product managers and professionals, fostering collaboration and innovation. Ideal Candidate Qualifications Qualified or nearly qualified actuary, Chartered Accountant, or degree in engineering, mathematics, or statistics.
