Your Role: Grow the core and deliver launches • Leads the commercial development and strategic direction for their particular therapeutic portfolio CV/Thyroid & Diabetes (in-line and launches) in their allocated geography • Responsible for the development, in co-leadership with medical, of the brand plans and (pre)launch plans for their particular portfolio • Develops and implements MCM strategy for their portfolio • Is open and seeks in-market, patients and customer, insights to inform brand strategy • Manages the yearly operational brand plan, together with medical in order to deliver impactful brand strategies which will then be implemented by the country managers and their teams • Aligns with and supports the country strategic goals, always in alignment with the direct manager, as well as colleagues in other supportive functions • Works in close collaboration with all functions with specific focus on the RSMs, Medical, Training, regulatory People and organizational development • Take the lead in a collaborative, cross-functional brand team • Exhibited behaviours need to enable flawless cross-functional collaboration & execution • Fosters an "As One for Patients" culture within the organisation • Provide directive on portfolio-specific training and upskilling needs of the representatives Improve operations • Accountable to ensure that all activities and produced promotional materials comply with all (local) laws and regulations and internal guidelines / SOPs • The Brand Manager plays a critical role in the S&OP process and must ensure monthly submission of demand forecast, alignment with sales on the projections & maintaining a high level of forecast accuracy • Comunicate all quality complaints received within 24 to QA Department. • Communicate all AE received within 24 h to Patient Safety Department. • Participate to all GDP trainings acorrding to training matrix defined. Key Requirements: • +4 years' experience in pharmaceutical marketing role • Launch experience is beneficial • Proven track record in marketing across the lifecycle of brands • Experience within the country of deployment non-negotiable • Experience in both speciality and general medicine is an added advantage • Experience within the pharmaceutical industry is non-negotiable This role is an employment equity position and the company prioritises such applications What we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
