purpose

To identify and implement enhancements on existing products and procedures as well as effectively manage all operational aspects of the specific product.
experience and qualifications

BComm or BSC (Business and Financial related).

3 - 5 years relevant experience.

additional requirements

Deep understanding of operations methodologies and capacity planning

Previous experience in managing Call Centre's is key to making this role a success

responsibilities

Contribute to the development of area specific budgets to minimize expenditure, in alignment with operational plans.

Manage an integrated service excellence culture, which builds rewarding relationships and provides opportunity for feedback and exceptional service.

Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

Maintenance of expert knowledge on relevant industry best practices and provision of proactive advice and solutions to relevant stakeholders.

Provision of an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting and updating of all related information.

Facilitate the conversion of knowledge and ideas into new or improved products, processes and services.

Drive operational efficiencies and delivery of superior quality customer experiences and improve operational processes and procedures on an ongoing basis.

Effectively coordinate new product development efforts and associated go-to-market operational plans in support of the overall business strategy.

Make recommendations to existing products based on market needs, product performance and competitor analysis to increase overall business profitability.

Positively influence and manage process & procedural changes and provide guidelines and support related to new requirements as a result of the change.

Continuously develop own expertise in terms of industry and subject matter development and application thereof in an area of specialisation.
