Job Description: Quality systems and concepts Manufacturing processes Customer specific requirements Understanding of a measuring report Core Tool: FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control plans and Six Sigma Green Belt Job Requirements: Grade 12/NQF Level 4 National Diploma in a relevant Engineering qualification Tertiary qualification in TQM Qualified Toolmaker/Millwright will be an advantage. Minimum 5 years of quality experience within the automotive environment Minimum 3 years manufacturing experience within the automotive environment Minimum 3 years working experience in the use of Quality Core Tools: SPC, MSA, Experience in stamping and Laser FMEA, Control plans & Six Sigma Green Belt Skills Required: Communication & Interpersonal skills Planning and organising Problem solving Analysis and presentation of statistical data Decision making Customer relationship skills Computer skills: MS Projects & MS Excel Geometric: Analysis and implementation of corrective actions - Robotic assembly (parameter control and analysis)
