The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing processes within our organization to improve efficiency and productivity.
The process engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to streamline workflow and reduce waste.
Key Responsibilities: Process Safety Controls, HAZOP, PDA's and Risk Management.
Process safety controls and instrumentation design Risk Assessments, Potential Deviation Analyses Process design of Petrochemical Projects Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field - Professionally registered at ECSA as Professional Engineer Experience: Petrochemical projects of /- 10 years HAZOP Process safety controls and instrumentation design Risk Assessments, Potential Deviation Analyses etc Process design of Petrochemical Projects Qualification - Chemical Engineering degree from Tuks, Wits or Stellenbosch Experience in Petrochemical projects of /- 10 years Professionally registered at ECSA as Professional Engineer Experience with the following: Process safety controls and instrumentation design Petrochemical simulations with ChemCad or similar HAZOP studies Risk Assessments, Potential Deviation Analyses etc, Process design of Petrochemical Projects
