Implement cost reduction and productivity improvement initiatives.
Conduct technical design reviews.
Project Governance, Quality & Safety Ensure compliance with company procedures and risk management processes.
Maintain auditable project documentation aligned with Quality Management Systems.
Uphold Health & Safety standards in office and construction environments.
Leadership & Mentorship Provide technical leadership and supervision to project teams.
Mentor and develop Engineers, Technologists, and Technicians.
Support continuous professional development initiatives.
Contribute to discipline standards, templates, and best practices.
Education & Qualifications B.Eng, B.Tech, National Diploma, or National Higher Diploma in Engineering.
Professional Registration (e.g., Pr Eng / Pr Tech Eng or equivalent).
Ongoing commitment to Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
Experience Minimum 12 years of engineering experience.
At least 5 years post-professional registration experience.
Proven experience on large-scale and/or multidisciplinary projects.
Experience in both technical leadership and commercial project management.
Knowledge Specialist knowledge of water and sanitation engineering principles.
Strong understanding of applicable local and international standards.
Knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements.
Working knowledge of related engineering disciplines.
Understanding of contract administration and procurement processes.
