Job Purpose: Responsible for overseeing day-to-day sales administrative activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.Key Responsibilities:Mapping of new stores and ensuring accounts are open on the systemPlace manual orders, staff sales, and sample stock orders on the systemUpdate discount matrixMake sure deals and orders are alignedCancel old and missed ordersReinstate incorrectly invoiced ordersDaily reports:Outstanding orders vs invoiced ordersUpdating of Master SalesBL Sales ReportBIC ReportEducational Qualifications:Finance/ Accounting degree or diploma or equivalent.Knowledge and Experience:3-5 years' experience in a similar role.Knowledge of Sage EvolutionExperience in a food manufacturing industry.Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteKey Competencies:Attention to detail;Problem solving;Organizational skills;Communication and Interpersonal skills;Good written & verbal communication skills
