Prevention Coordinator

The Prevention Coordinator will provide project coordination and support for the Prevention Programme, including developing project plans, dashboards, reports, and organizing events.
The role involves planning and budgeting for events such as meetings, congresses, and symposiums in collaboration with the Prevention Head and Manager.
The incumbent will coordinate logistics, including accommodation, travel, and courier services, and communicate with relevant parties for participant registration and transportation.
The goal is to support the team with reports, stakeholder engagement, projects, dashboards, and events, primarily assisting the Prevention Programme Manager.WHAT WILL YOU DO?Prepare and conduct basic project management activities for the Prevention Programme's projects.Track and monitor project delivery against plans.Manage budgets according to established principles and control costs.Develop dashboards for each client and update the Prevention dashboard with the data team and Programme Manager.Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including venue selection, accommodation, and courier services.Manage inventory of collateral stock.Prepare meeting materials, such as agendas.Organize events like exhibitions, conferences, and roadshows.Assist the Prevention Programme Manager with monthly reports, demonstrating project management skills.Additional responsibilities include:Supporting project planning, review, and reporting activities.Preparing project plans and review documents using various software tools, including Power BI.Gathering and analyzing requirements, maintaining documentation, and ensuring traceability.Supporting stakeholder engagement through meetings and events.Contributing to defining project scope and deliverables.Carrying out contract management tasks.Drafting documentation and training materials for project handover and post-project reviews.Managing project resources by tracking budgets, expenditures, and resource utilization.Organizing logistics for events and working with external service providers.Creating dashboards for performance tracking and reporting using Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
