Precision Machining Production ManagerGood day we are looking for a Precision Machining Production Manager to work for our client in Saudi Arabia- the position entails you travel to the middle eastern countriesPurpose of this role:Will be responsible for overseeing the production operations of our machining facility. Will be responsible for planning and directing the day-to-day operations of the Precision Machining Production Department. ln addition, will be responsible for training and managing employees, tracking production stats, and implementing quality control procedures.Requirements10+ years of experience in Precision Machining, Production, and/or Manufacturingenvironments, (2,3,4,5 axis) CNC machines, cutting tools, and programming.Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent work experienceStrong leadership, organizational, and project management skillsAbility to manage production teams in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing practices and principleKnowledge of quality-control methodologies and processes
