Job Description
The Associate Project Manager is responsible for coordinating various aspects of power build projects, ensuring timely execution, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
This includes coordinating power infrastructure development, managing contractors and subcontractors, and ensuring project milestones are met.
Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for power and electrical infrastructure projects.
Coordinate with teams to ensure the efficient execution of power and electrical build projects.
Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions.
Conduct regular status meetings to update team members and stakeholders.
Work with field teams to ensure successful installation and connection of power and electrical systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve activation-related issues to minimize service disruptions.
Develop comprehensive power and electrical deployment plans with network planners and engineers.
Evaluate the feasibility of new projects through site surveys and feasibility studies.
Contribute to strategies for optimizing power and electrical network coverage and performance.
Select appropriate technologies and equipment for planning and deployment.
Provide project updates and maintain effective communication channels with all parties.
Maintain accurate project documentation including plans, reports, and risk assessments.
Prepare project status reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in project management or a related field; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
At least 3 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in telecommunications.
Strong knowledge of power and electricity components and infrastructure planning principles.
