Portfolio Manager

Exciting position for a strong admin-oriented person who would like to grow with an established company. The candidate should preferably have experience with the Payprop payments system and will include rental payments to owners and contractors. The successful applicant must stay in or close to the Durbanville area. Aged between 30 - 45 - but we will look at applications from older people with experience. The successful candidate must be able to start on 13 January 2025. Position Details: Salary: R15,000 - R18,000 per month, depending on experience Hours: 8:30 - 17:00, Monday to Friday (must be available on weekends when month-end falls on a weekend) Strong administrative skills Excellent communication abilities Preferably previous experience with PayProp Key Responsibilities: Manage lease renewals and prepare new lease agreements Oversee the PayProp system, including: Rental and contractor payments Loading new properties and tenants Handle tenant and owner inquiries Process ingoing and outgoing inspections General office administration tasks If youre interested and meet the requirements, please send your CV to philippieterkotzehomerentals.co.za.
