Hello… an exciting new opportunity has just become available in our Insure, Hollard Alternative Risk Transfer team .
We  are looking to recruit a Portfolio Administrator.
  Role Objectives  Support the Business Development Team in the overall servicing of specific portfolios  Develop and build external relationships with brokers and customers to support the Business Development team.  Deliver service to customers in adherence to Hollard Alternative Risk Transfer's service standards to ensure team attain strategic objectives and growth aims  Comply with prescribed processes to deliver excellent service to internal & external customers.  Key Responsibilities  Interpret renewal and new business closings in accordance with the Business Development team's instructions Invoicing of premiums to customers and raising of cessions on dedicated Hollard Alternate Risk Transfer system.
Administration of all policy documentation which includes endorsements, internal reinsurance slips and facultative reinsurance slips where applicable.
Monthly reconciliations of Risk Financing statements before submission to brokers and customers Payment of commissions and fees where applicable Allocation of premiums and fees to specific schemes Liaise with claims team on changes in portfolio or policies Keep abreast of regulatory changes that affect the administration of portfolio's General accountability to the Business Development team on the administration of their portfolios Ensure continuous communication between team members to create collaboration Ensure risks are minimized and legislation is complied with Contribute to internal reports where required Identify continuous improvement measures for administration processes TCF: Ensure that customers are treated fairly.
