Purpose of the Job To ensure that asset management is effectively performed and reported with regards to planning, scheduling, monitoring of maintenance compliance.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements A qualification in Engineering/Planning will be advantageous.
Previous experience in a Planned Maintenance environment is essential.
2 Years PMA Head Clerk experience is essential.
Valid medical certificate or be medically fit in order to obtain such a certificate.
Competencies Knowledge of rotables and equipment repairs.
English literate with good communication skills.
Must have good administrative and organising skills.
Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in performing assigned tasks.
Must be able to manage a team of admin personnel.
Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word experience is essential.
SAP working experience is essential.
Key Performance Areas Creates non routine work orders from notifications received.
Plan, scope and schedule work in consultation with maintenance supervisors.
Facilitates the weekly scheduling meeting.
Prints and distributes Planned Maintenance job cards.
Capture and report on availabilities of equipment.
Report on potential warranty claims.
Reporting and follow-up on outstanding services and breakdowns.
Collects and captures breakdown information, property damage and theft information.
Notifies responsible person of warranty claims issues.
Assists with placing orders and creating notifications in SAP.
Supports and participates in change management initiatives to drive transformation and optimisation.
Provides relevant support to stakeholders to ensure team objectives are achieved.
Adheres to safety regulations and mine standards, procedures and practices and reports non-compliance.
