Job DescriptionBuild strong relationships with suppliersCoordinate plant activities through planning with departmental managers to ensure the total manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-effective mannerDrive business development actions in both product and market opportunities in collaboration with the senior BD team in the groupRecruit, hire, and train plant staffReview and analyze production, quality control, maintenance, and operational reports to determine causes of nonconformity with product specifications, and operating or production problemsDevelop processes to increase productivity and enhance performanceManage the procurement of raw materials and all goods required to deliver on the targets Qualification & SkillsDegree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field10+ years of experience in plant operations or manufacturing managementExperience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologiesProven track record of successful plant management in a high-volume manufacturing environment preferably in Chrome/ manganese processingMust come from Chemical, Minerals, Agriculture background Suitable candidates will be contacted.
