Planned Maintenance Officer

As a Planned Maintenance Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operations of our client's facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective planned maintenance strategies to maximize equipment uptime and optimize maintenance activities. Responsibilities Develop and implement planned maintenance programs and schedules Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them proactively Create and maintain accurate documentation of maintenance work orders and job plans Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of planned maintenance activities Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards Coordinate with procurement and supply chain departments to ensure availability of required spare parts and materials Requirements Proven experience as a Planned Maintenance Officer or in a similar role Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling techniques Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and work in a fast-paced environment Benefits Salary: negotiable Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Training & Development Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable)   Contact RPO Recruitment for your next career opportunity.
