What You'll Do:Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring uptime and performance.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.Implement security updates, patches, and system configurations.Support users with technical queries and provide training.Oversee network infrastructure, system documentation, and server environments.
What You Need:3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role.BSc/BA in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Certifications like CompTIA A+ are a plus!
).Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and networks.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Location: Office-based role (08:00 – 17:00)Must have reliable transport.
