The following criteria must be met:Key duties and responsibilitiesProvide mentorship to the facilities on drug management especially for HIV/TBEnsure pharmacy related problems are identified and brought to the immediate attention of the Facility Manager and companies Programme ManagerAssess Pharmaceutical Services at facility and district level by identifying gaps to improve services and make recommendationsSupervise, guide and manage Pharmacists AssistantsPerform in-service training for pharmacy staff, read and understand the latest companies relatedPharmacy SOPs and perform outlined tasksEnsure that the accurate compliance monitoring is done and documented appropriatelyEnsure timely reporting of all programme indicators for internal use, funder reporting and National Department of Health requirementsEssential qualifications and experience:Bachelor of Pharmacy degreeRegistered with the South African Pharmacy CouncilAt least 2 years clinical pharmaceutical experienceComprehensive understanding of HIV/AIDS, ARVs, TB drugs, other relevant drugs and pharmacovigilanceExperience in in facility pharmacy-related training and workshops is a plusAbility to manage a multi-disciplinary teamProficiency in MS officeGood report writing skills
