As Pharmacist, you will be entrusted with ensuring that all operations comply with the Pharmacy Act, Medicines and Related Substances Act, and other relevant regulations. You will be responsible for maintaining the safe and effective storage and distribution of medicines and scheduled substances while upholding company policies and procedures. This pivotal role involves supervising the pharmacy operations, managing the quality assurance processes, and coordinating recalls when necessary. You will oversee regulatory communication and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency Your leadership will extend to managing budgets, ensuring customer service excellence, and ensuring the safety and efficacy of all products through thorough quality control measures. The ideal candidate will have a B.Pharm degree (or equivalent), South African Pharmacy Council registration, and at least 5 years of experience as a manufacturing Pharmacist. Strong leadership, organisational skills, and a deep understanding of regulatory requirements are essential.
