Personal Assistant to 5 Directors (Audit, Advisory, Tax, Accounting)
Medium Sized Audit Firm based in the CBD is looking for a PA for 5 partners
Responsibilities:
• Office Administration
• Diary Management
• Travel arrangements
• Dictation and Dictaphone Typing
• Filing
• Personal Matters
• Administration of Curatorship Estates
• Liaising with Suppliers
• Dealings with the Sheriff of the Court
Requirements:
• Extensive PA experience within the Audit, Advisory, Tax, Accounting Industry
• Exceptionally well spoken (English)
• Highly proficient in MSOffice
• Take responsibility for your work
• Be proactive in obtaining information from clients when needed
• Be open to suggestions and constructive criticism
