We are currently seeking an experienced and professional Executive Personal Assistant to provide unparalleled support to our executive in both his personal and business concerns. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our executives schedules and activities, as well as accompanying the executive in various internal and external interactions. Responsibilities: 1. Manage the calendar, meetings, and daily schedules of the executive, ensuring efficient time management and prompt handling of all appointments and commitments. 2. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation, and prepare detailed itineraries. 3. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling phone calls, emails, and any other communications in a professional and timely manner. 4. Conduct research and provide high-level analysis on various topics to support decision-making processes. 5. Attend meetings with the executive, taking accurate minutes and following up on action items as necessary. 6. Screen, prioritize, and manage incoming correspondence, including emails, letters, and documents, responding or redirecting as appropriate. 7. Manage confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times. 8. Handle personal matters and tasks for the executive, including personal appointments, household management, and family commitments, as required . - Ability to travel on short notice for extended stays or accompany executive after hours or public holidays. Qualifications: 1. Proven experience as an Executive Personal Assistant or similar role, supporting C-level executives or high-level professionals. 2. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently with individuals at all levels. 4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 5. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. 7. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure. 8. Strong interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor. 9. Professional appearance and conduct, representing the executive and the company in a positive manner. 10. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred. . Importat: Role would require travel, accompanied on short notice and requirements of the above may include after-hours, public holidays and weekend availability.
