Job Description We're looking for… A highly organized and disciplined Personal Assistant/Account Manager to support business operations, client services, and financial administration.

You will be responsible for: Job Coordination & Client Services ?        Monitor job progress and deadlines.
?        Manage client briefs and ensure accurate execution.
?        Oversee project completion, delivery, and invoicing.
Financial Administration ?        Handle debtors, creditors & payment schedules.
?        Prepare and send quotes & invoices.
PA & Operational Support ?        Assist in daily operations and organization.
?        Maintain structured filing and documentation.
