Who we looking for Our client is looking for a young, eager and professional Personal Assistant to assist both of the companys CEO and his Management Team. This person must have great communication, organization and computer skills. Main Responsibilities: You have exceptional organization and time management skills You have the ability to organize and co-ordinate multiple project at a time You have superb communication skills at a range of levels (written and verbal) You have strong administrative skills You have Pro-active problem-solving abilities You have the ability to maintain confidentiality You are Meticulous attention to detail Whats the role? You will be responsible for: Taking minutes/ dictations/ notes during meetings Complex scheduling and extensive calendar management Maintain CEOs appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences,teleconferences, and travel when requested Coordination and management of travel plans for the Department Key personnel General secretarial duties Answering, screening, responding or directing calls and enquiries Welcome guests by greeting them, in person or on the telephone Liaison between the CEO and clients Management of office supplies inventory such as groceries, stationery and water. Boxes to Tick.. Matric Office Administrative Diploma or similar/ relevant qualification (Essential) 10 Years Experience in an administrative environment (Essential) 10 Years Experience in Executive Assistant or similar role (Essential). Advanced MS Office experience Excellent report writing skills
