Details of the offer

Responsibilities:
Make diaries/reminders, schedule meetings and appointments.
Make travel arrangements and bookings.
Assisting with bookkeeping duties at times.
Proofreading.
Pre-reading of market-related media (Engineering News/ Rail Media etc.)
Manage all access to COO.
Running business errands and occasionally personal errands.
Maintain office filing system.
Provide administrative support.
Taking minutes in meetings.
Requirements:
Grade 12
Personal Assistant, Finance and or Interpersonal Skills Certification will be an added advantage.
Experience in Financial Analysis will be an advantage.
Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant; 3 – 5 years.
Discretion, confidentiality and professionalism.
Good written verbal and written communication skills.
Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
MS Office proficiency.
Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload.
Drivers licence and own transport.
