We are seeking a skilled and motivated Performance Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commerce or industrial engineering and a minimum of 5 years of experience in performance analysis within a corporate environment. The Performance Analyst will play a critical role in evaluating business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing insights to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to performance metrics.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to visualize performance data.
Assess current business processes and identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement.
Conduct benchmarking against industry standards and best practices.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Present recommendations based on data analysis to senior management.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement performance improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
Monitor and track the effectiveness of implemented changes and initiatives.
Propose and develop new metrics to measure the success of business operations.
Assist in the management of projects aimed at enhancing business performance.
Ensure timely completion of analysis and reporting as per project timelines.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant field.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance analysis, data analysis, or a similar role.
