As a Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for the following:Oversee the transition from an insourced to an outsourced payroll system.Serve as the primary contact for the outsourced payroll service provider.Manage the implementation and adoption of the new payroll system across the Group.Ensure that employees and contractors are paid accurately and on time.Maintain the relationship with the service provider, ensuring the service level agreement (SLA) is in place and adhered to.Ensure quality and compliance standards are met by the service provider.Troubleshoot payroll issues and collaborate with the service provider to resolve them quickly.Work closely with the Outsourced Payroll Account Manager to plan and schedule the Group payroll.Qualifications:Completed MatricCompleted Finance degree Skills: 10 years experience in a similar positionExperience in a Shared Service environment
