Minimum
Requirements:
Matric and/or B Comm or Human Resources related qualification will be advantageous 3-5 years experience as a Payroll Manager 3-5 years experience in remuneration and benefits At least 3 years SAP HR proficiency International Payroll experience Shared Services experience Customer service delivery (would be advantageous) Stakeholder Management relating to external payroll vendors e.g. SARS etc Knowledge of SAP systems (SAP 409, SAP Fusion and SAP CRM) Knowledge of Transactional Content Processing System (TCP) Drivers License: Code B (Light Vehicle) Technical Skills: Legislation pertaining to the payroll environment, ie. PAYE, POPI, BCEA, etc. Comply with BU Policies such as Retirement Fund, Medical Aid, etc. Strong aptitude for Microsoft Office. Proficient written & verbal communication competency.
